Step 1: Open your form and click on three vertical dots at the top right corner of the page. Then, select Add collaborators. Alternatively, you can also click Send and then select Add collaborators from the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.

Step 2: You can select the access type under the General access option. If it’s restricted, only the people you give access to will be able to edit that form. If you change it to Anyone with the link, then any user who has that link can open and edit that form.

Step 3: In the new window, you need to type the Gmail address of the target user. Select the user from your list.

Step 4: On the next page, the target username will appear at the top. Access permission as Editor will be selected in the drop-down menu. Tick the Notify people checkbox so that your target user gets an email notification. You can also add any messages you want. Finally, click Send to share the form.

Sharing a Google Form with Respondents

Step 1: Open the form you want to share and click the Send button at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: The Send form pop-up window will show up. Click the Email tab. The icon looks like an envelope.
